<p>Abstract: This article re-examines a set of Occitan texts written by circle Tuscan poets and their importance for understanding the reception troubadour culture in medieval Tuscany. Often viewed as marginal, these have not been adequately analyzed what<br />they can tell us about use literary language Italy at end thirteenth beginning fourteenth centuries.
